You will be responsible for:
- Migration of Servers from Solaris to Redhat
- The design, implementation, and support of UNIX Servers
- Provide high level of technical support
- Troubleshoot and support issues within their scope
- Experience with backup, recovery solutions
- Experience with monitoring and alerting solutions
- Ability to troubleshoot, isolate and resolve issues related to systems or networking quickly
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Possess a university degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent
- Applicants must have demonstrable UNIX/Linux system administration experience
- Have proven experience in a customer facing support role
- 5+ years of experience with UNIX/Linux system administration
