Continuous Improvement Analyst/Value Stream Manager - Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous improvement, Project Management. My Blue Chip Financial Services client is looking for an experienced Value Stream Manager to join this busy and progressive team. You will support the Senior Value Stream Manager in defining, applying and embedding the business Process Management Methodology across the business. You must understand lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement and have the ability to manage projects. Day to day duties will include the defining value stream, ensuring clarity around the end to end process along with defining and implementation of a series of process improvements to deliver commercial and customer benefits. Experience of Senior Stakeholder management and excellent planning and organisational skills are a must for this role.
