Service Manager - Surgery - NHS 3 months
My Client, an NHS Trust based in the North West, requires an Interim Manager within Surgery for a 3 month contract commencing in January.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing operational and strategic support to the Divisional General Manager including managing projects, contracts and managing budgets.
In addition you will be responsible for delivering a high quality service through the development and best use of teams, and by developing Trust Policies, using resources effectively, and contributing to the wider activities and plans of the Trust.
Essential;
*NHS/Private Healthcare experience
*3 years minimum experience as a Service/General manager
*Outpatient & Surgery
*Track record in booking, scheduling & delivering 18 weeks
*Stakeholder Management
