Siebel Application Support Consultant

My client, is searching for an experienced Siebel consultant to act as the main Siebel Application Support consultant. Candidates will require atleast 7-8 years of Siebel expertise from a project but largely maintaining large Siebel landscapes and teams. In this roles you will be responsible for supporting the CRM IT applications relating the business.

In terms of tasks you will be leading a team of 3 consultants, with involvement in terms of Installation, validation, control business applications within agreed service levels: Deployment of releases based on Runbooks, maintenance of existing applications, monitoring of the serviced applications, incident resolution Solve incidents (with or without other parties (3rd line) in Production and QA environments targeting to restore services ASAP.

It is essential that candidates in addition to strong Siebel tools knowledge possess a strong understanding of  Control M distributed, with knowledge of MVS, UNIX and Windows.

French and or Dutch language skills will be an added bonus but not mandatory.
