Description
To deliver an excellent customer focused Mechanical & Electrical service by effectively managing a range of M&E service contracts to ensure 100% compliance. 2-3 months duration while perm candidate is found. £21.98 per hour Enhanced CRB required (we can put you through this)
Main Duties & Responsibilities
1. To be responsible for the delivery of Mechanical & Electrical services for a defined area
2. To advise Service contract administrators.
3. To undertake regular inspections of complex estates and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the plant and equipment on those estates.
4. To attend estates in response to complex problems or to carry out diagnostic assessments of component failure.
5. To be responsible for making sure that accurate updated asset management data and information is kept on all plant and equipment service dates.
6. Ensure breakdowns to M & E equipment are attended to and completed within the terms of the contract and use effective communication to staff when addressing poor contractor performance.
7. Hold regular contract performance meetings with key suppliers to ensure contract terms and conditions are being achieved.
8. Take the lead role in resolving issues of non contractor performance. Provide timely escalation of issues when resolutions of breakdowns are beyond performance targets.
