Description
We are seeking a Change Management Lead who will have primary responsibility for structuring and executing the change management activities for the Finance BW Programme. The Change Management Lead will manage, and support the Segment Change Managers to promote stakeholder buy-in to the Finance BW Programme through structured planning and communication, involvement, skill building and knowledge transfer.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will work as a core team member of the Finance BW Programme, reporting to the Finance BW Programme Manager.
The Change Management Lead is responsible for:
Leading and structuring all change management activities related to the Finance BW Programme, including
(1) management of change
(2) stakeholder engagement and communications
(3) organizational.
You will have solid Change Management experience ideally with finance systems and ideally SAP BW
