My client in Gothenburg, Sweden is looking for an SAP FICO/PS Consultant.
Skills Required:
- Senior SAP FI/CO/PS with consulting skills and track record
- Experience from SAP blueprint work and implementations.
- Skill to manage and moderate business process workshops together with business.
- Good interpersonal and inter cultural skills.
- Excellent project collaboration skills.
Position Description:
The client needs to gather data from many stand alone financial systems to generate financial reports, such as actuals, the monthly closing of books, forecast, budget & business Plan. All the data transfers are done manually to excel sheets from each financial system. The long term strategy is to implement and harmonise the system landscape for all financial systems within Research & Development related to Engineering Cost. It is decided that SAP shall be the financial system. The first step is to implement SAP PS and SAP time reporting.
Objective:
The project will plan, prepare and execute implementation of SAP PS (project system), SAP Time reporting and SAP Datawarehouse at R&D Göteborg. Analyse current processes for R&D regarding project follow-up of actuals (man-hours, rig hours, bought services, test objects, test tools). Define new processes based on an integrated IT solution.
For this reason we are looking for a resource that will work closely with the business to document business processes and requirements for the financial processes within R&D. Skills in the SAP financial area is vital to be able to translate business requirements into SAP terminology.
Work description:
Responsible for gathering business requirements and documenting business processes.
- Facilitate business workshops.
- Be part of the project organisation and drive planning of business activities to capture requirements.
- Identify the integration and change work needed within systems and processes, in cooperation with system and process owners. English Speaking Assignment. Start: 1st February. 3 Month Contract.
