We are seeking an experience Customer Service Advisor to cover a minimum of 9 months. Salary £17,000 per annum + bonus OTE £21,000 Working as part of a small, busy team - handling volume incoming calls, processing orders and quotations. Resolving customer issues and enquiries via email, phone and fax. Arranging for returns, processing credits whilst keeping the database up to date with current information. This is a very busy role and are required to have excellent telephone manner. In addition to an attractive salary package you will receive 28 days holiday + stats pro rata in this instance, free parking, plus company benefits. If you have experience working within a technical contact centre environment for 3 years or more, we would be very interested in speaking to you further.
