Top 3 - 5 Daily responsibilities
Develop VoIP training standards, processes and procedures
Ensure a standardized approach to VoIP phone training across
Review and test new training processes
Coordinate business and training processes with various departments and external suppliers
Prepare various reports used to monitor and manage VoIP training projects
Review various VoIP related documents for technical and procedural accuracy
Identify the need for instructors within curriculum's
Manage instructor observation process to ensure consistency and quality from training suppliers
Establish metrics and procedures to evaluate the curriculum and instructors
Coordinate and facilitate instructor meetings
Communicate new processes to instructors, including scheduling, invoicing and travel
Establish and apply a system to define availability of instructors, schedule instructors, and to confirm instructor schedules
Communicate all changes (class, course, schedule, etc.) to instructors and business partners
Receive and code invoices
Coordinate on-boarding of contractors and new hires
Record and verify connectivity and network access of contractors and new hires
Record and track issued hardware issued to VoIP Engineering and Training contractors
Participates in training to contractors and new hires on processes and procedures
Maintain accurate records of invoices received
Assist with managing -IT Infrastructure Program VoIP SOW suppliers
Prepare and coordinate meetings, including video conferencing and WebEx meetings
Take meeting minutes and action items

Desired skills
Experience in VoIP systems development and/or implementation preferred
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience (5+ years) preferred in related field
2-3 years of scheduling/logistic experience preferred
Knowledge of VoIP fundamentals, VoIP technologies, and configuring VoIP networks preferred
Demonstrated excellence in analysis, documentation, and presentation tools required
Demonstrated knowledge of and skill in adaptability, oral communication, teamwork, problem solving, coaching, influence, negotiation, results orientation, written communication, planning, project management, analysis
Consistently demonstrates the knowledge, skills, abilities, and behaviors necessary to provide superior and culturally sensitive service to each other, to our members, and to customers, contracted providers, and suppliers
Experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
