ROLE: Finance and MI Job Code Co-ordinator

Purpose:

Our client, a major UK retail bank are looking to improve the customer experience by reviewing the opening hours, sales roles and reduce queuing in their branch network.

Purpose of Role

  • Responsible for ensuring changes required are identified and implemented for job codes, targets and incentive schemes to reflect role changes.
  • Be the conduit between the programme and SMEs to communicate project activity, ie roll out timetable, role changes etc.
  • Assess impact of proposed changes
  • Produce a consistent plan for dealing with proposed changes across job codes, targets, incentives and gain internal design governance approval.
  • Implement changes in a timely and accurate manner

Core Skills

  • Experienced at applying the principles of change management on large projects/programmes
  • Shares change management best practice across the business
  • Be considered a SME for change in your business area
  • Uses own network to create advocacy for change
  • Seeks to minimise adverse effects of change

Strong understanding of targeting and incentive processes

  • Understanding of database structures
  • Process orientated
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
