Salary: Up to £33k per annum depending on experience

Our client multi-national blue chip organisation is looking to recruit a Search Account Manager for their online advertising team.

Role Purpose

Are you looking to gain or build on experience in digital media and account management?
We are looking for a highly motivated Search Account Managers to provide world-class service to our advertisers and partners. In this role, you would be able to leverage your Internet and customer service experience to develop, execute, and optimise search campaigns on behalf of clients. You will be joining a team that is focused on results, works together to solve problems, and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Accountabilities:
Work with clients to provide search campaign management.
This would include:
- Setting up accounts and campaigns
- Building and managing keyword lists
- Coordinating creative upload and editorial review
- Establishing targeting parameters
- Managing budgets
- Deliver on industry-leading SLA s for campaign management activities.
- Help Clients optimise keywords, manage bids, and improve creative
- Monthly and ad hoc client business reviews and opportunity presentations
- Use proprietary tools and internal resources to highlight significant trends.
- Provide strategic insight through regular reports and client reviews.
- Support Sales team produce response to proposals for new business.
- Ensure fiscal responsibility by proactively QAing contracts.
- Gather industry research for search engine strategy development and positioning

Must haves:

- Passion for digital/online advertising - gained from degree or from commercial experience
- Strong quantitative and analytical experience
- Data entry and data manipulation skills
- Experience MS Excel & other MS Office products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred:

- Online advertising experience preferred (but not essential)
- Experience working with Google, Yahoo, Bing and/or other relevant search engine toolsets on pay-for-performance (PPC/SEM) search products preferred
- Paid inclusion and/or natural search experience is a plus, but not directly relevant
- Proven ability to understand customer needs, build on-going relationships, and create solutions
