Scope O&M EMA: - Operational Consultancy - Problem Isolation - Preventive Maintenance - Development
Technical competence:
- Experience with Ericsson EMA for three years at least
- devolvement background (DUP & Java), preferably did some Customer adaptation for EMA before.
- consultancy competence to guide customer to have proper provisioning process and isolate problems related to EMA.
