An exciting 6 month contract for an Experienced Rewards Consultant has arisen with my market leading energy client.
Your role will be to manage and deliver Compensation and Benefits Programmes to support and embed the organizations Rewards philosophy.
You will need to be an excellent communicator dealing with senior stakeholders in the HR and Business Partner Functions.
Working the HR and Business Partner Teams you will develop their capability in articulating and managing the link between pay and performance within the organization.
You will ensure that the client keeps a competitive edge on competitors by monitoring both internal and external reward trends and escalating this to the Head of Rewards.
Key Skills:
