A major UK brand is currently seeking an interim HR Systems & Shared Services Programme Director to lead the delivery of a major HR Systems implementation in a HR Shared Services environment.

Reporting into the Transformation Director, your remit will be engage multiple functional areas of HR (Recruitment, Learning, Reward, etc) and manage a programme team across multiple workstreams to ensure the HR solutions meets agreed business requirement. This will include the management of multiple Systems Integrators and Systems Vendors, an in-house IT function and 3rd party resource.

You will have a track-record of successfully managing highly complex Oracle HR Systems implementations, ideally within a Transformational context which has had significant impact on both HR and operational stakeholders. The ability to drive the programme through build, test and go-live should be tempered with ability align the critical path to major interdependencies outside you immediate workstreams. Furthermore, the ability to give solid assurances of successful implementation of the technology roadmap whilst aligning with business expectations is critical.
