Role:
- Support pcat team on site Brussels - Belgium, Embedded in team.
- Teaching/coaching other teams: C1 knowledge increase, ways of working, etc
Activities:
- Design phase: design new offers
- Build phase: help development/support development/control developments
- Packaging & propagations
- Test phase: participate to tests (unitary Help in troubleshooting. Support other teams (tests & so on)
- Reporting & meeting participations to the customer
- PCAT evolutions & maintenance" processes improvement
- Internal reporting to program manager. issue identification & proactivity
Consultant will provide day to day support to the team:
- Designing offers
- Developing & testing
- troubleshooting
- Various reporting & meetings
Experience & knowledge:
- PCAT C1 v3.5 expertise is a must, entries at CMV world so to get expertise would be a plus
- Sql & Shell knowledge
- Comverse ONE (C&) rating/billing/CSM/CSS basics (so to test & trouble shoot)
- Older version of C1 may be enough at beginning
Skills:
- Robustness
- Good communication & customer facing
This is and English speaking role. French would be an advantage.
