Migration Manager - Banking - 6 Month Contract - Dublin
The Migration manager will have overall responsibility for the migration activities for moving customers from one online platform to another.
Knowledge
- Online Banking incorporating the Customer and Bank lenses (functional/technical/purpose/etc).
- Very good understanding of Payments both domestic & cross border
- First hand experience of dealing with business/commercial customers both remotely and face to face.
- Experience of establishing an operational activity from scratch and of managing the resulting operation.
- Good understanding of the compliance issues related such as legal, security, authorisation methods etc.
- Proven ability of managing in a Matrix environment with the track record in achieving buy in from a diverse body of people both internal and external
