Customer Service Manager circa £32,000 Kingston Upon Thames
This a 12 month contract working as a Customer Service Manager to cover maternity leave. Time will fly in this busy varied role for an international company who are a household name. The company use modern management techniques and look to continually improve the service they offer. You will be liaising at senior level to ensure that customer service levels are met or exceeded. You will be leading and motivating a team providing customer service to North Europe so fluency in Polish or German is essential. They are looking for an inspirational leader with previous experience of managing a team. There will also be the opportunity for some overseas travel.
