Customer Project Manager
My client in Norway is looking for a Customer Project Manager to manage manage project deliveries including products and implementation services. The consultant will need to ensure good profitability and quality and ensure customer satisfaction.
The main responsibilities of the Customer Project Manager will be:
Leading project team.
Plans and monitors delivery phases of the project.
Plans and manages internal and external resources.
Responsible for internal and external project reporting.
Acts as a primary project interface towards the customer ensuring good customer satisfaction.
Shares project experience and best practices with other project managers.
Identifies and supports new business opportunities.
The right manager will need to have:
Significant experience in either IT or Telco Operator environments.
Experience of managing technical teams across multiple geographies.
Background in Mobile Solutions, including HLR, R4, dispatcher, IN, OSS, Voice recorder, GPRS.
Experience in integration projects having many different products.
Experience in GSM-R projects.
Communication in English and Scandinavian (preferably Norwegian) language.
Virtual team management, communication and influencing skills
