Halian is actively looking for IT Telecom Consultant to work for our partner who is one of the largest water Company in Riyadh.
Information gathering from the City of Riyadh on the requirements and goals of the project. Information will be collected from Customer Service, Operations, Assets and Information Technology.
Provide the best Design for an open standards of communication systems with Plug and Play approach
Evaluate the compatibility of the existing billing software with the AMR system software; Oracle CC&B billing system.
Identify key implementation Risks and recommend strategies to address these Risks.
Prepare an overall project plan
Prepare the Request For Quotation with a clear technical evaluation Criteria
Participate as a technical consultant in the Commercial Evaluation Committee
Participate as a technical consultant in the evaluation of the progress of the work.
