My client is currently looking to recruit a Resource Analyst for an initial 6 month contract role based in Bristol. Candidates will have a strong background in resource planning for temporary contracts. The successful candidate will have experience in internal and external recruitment. Extensive third party interaction is essential so strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure is a must. Planning and organisation skills as well as the ability to maintain records and databases are also key characteristics of this role. Any knowledge of financial service recruitment frameworks and processes are highly advantageous for this role.
