Our London (North West London) based client are currently seeking the skills and experience of a Recruitment Advisor to assist in managing the recruitment process ensuring that quality standards are met, providing guidance and administrative support throughout the entire recruitment project life cycle.
Previous experience working in a fast paced recruitment environment is essential as is using creative candidate sourcing methods such as social networking, general networking and headhunting.
The role will be to organise all recruitment administration which includes but is not limited to:
- Arranging interviews
- Ensuring room bookings and informing reception
- Greeting candidates prior to interview
- Arranging psychometric testing
Job Descriptions:
- Ensure Job Descriptions are correct and up to date
- For new vacancies assist in the creation of Job Descriptions and file electronically
- Develop job adverts in line with the correct format and brand
- Ensure all live roles are advertised in the correct format on the careers pages
Provide first line support for recruitment queries in HR and answer telephone calls in the absence of the Recruitment Manager dealing with issues that arise where possible, ensuring that the Recruitment Manager is aware of the issues
Assist in the direct attraction strategies via contemporary methods such as networking through professional and social networking sites (ie LinkedIn, Facebook),head hunting, referrals and networking, building future pipelines of talent
To proactively help manage the recruitment process in line with policy and procedure in a timely and professional manner. This will include:
- Screening CV's
- Assessing competencies by conducting telephone interviews and 1st stage face-to-face interviews
- Attend and assist in assessment centre's
- Offer/regret process
- Assist in managing relationships with the PSL/suppliers
Promote consistency and fairness in the recruitment and selection process by providing guidance to managers on structured interviewing techniques, criteria and competency based selection?
Assist on regular recruitment reporting
Supporting the Recruitment Manager in key resourcing projects, which could include (and not excluded to):
Developing content for the new careers page
Review of recruitment partners/agency preferred supplier list ensuring contract and terms are up to date
Implementation of a recruitment software package/Applicant
