eCRM Euro is looking for a highly motivated Senior Project Manager, & self starter with extensive experience in software project management in the automotive infotainment space. This position requires that candidates demonstrate a proven track record of successive positions of increasing responsibility culminating in managing successful launches of OEM IVI, connectivity and Cluster projects. It is likely this experience has been gained at an Automotive OEM, Tier 1 supplier (head units and/or clusters), or alternatively at a Tier 2 software solutions provider delivering automotive in-vehicle infotainment (IVI)
Systems and related Embedded solutions.
This position requires that the candidate shall;
- Engage closely with customers,
- Support technical bids and effort estimation,
- Provide technical sales support activities,
- Be the "Voice of the Customer" within the Clients Automotive business unit,
- Prepare project management plans, and Gantt charts,
- Prepare and execute both qualitative and quantitative risk reduction plans and strategies,
- Drive the Clients Delivery organization, across multiple delivery sites, to meet deadlines on time, within budget and to the defined quality/acceptance standards,
- Assist Clients and the Customer in defining appropriate acceptance standards,
- Advise Client internally with regard to customer specific technical & commercial strategies,
- Drive project/program management knowledge build-up internally across the company,
- After training, you will understand the Client software development process and be able to map this to our customer and the development team.
