One of Canberra 's largest high profile federal government agencies is currently in search of a Change Manager/Coordinator to work on new initiatives within the department. This key role will enable you to work closely with Project Managers to enable the delivery of set outcomes in a timely manner. The Change Manager position will require someone to be liaising with various PM's on a regular basis to ensure all deliverables are coordinated as set out in the project timeline.
The successful candidate will have the following experience:
- Knowledge or experience in Prince2 would be beneficial
- A minimum of 2 years Change Management/Project Coordination experience in a similar role
- Highly developed communication skills
- Working with senior managers to resolve outstanding issues, escalating as needed
- Proven experience in creating and executing new plans/strategies
- Getting stakeholder buy in to ensure project success
