Connect44 is urgently looking IP Network Technical Supporter for our client.
Scope of Services:
To be responsible for IP network Products/Solutions product validation, delivery implementation and project acceptance .And also support our customers in some technical aspects and improve the relationship to our main Service Provider accounts.
Responsibilities include but, not limited to:
Project implementation and technical supervision of the subcontractors or service partners.
- Level 1/Level 2 technical support service to the customers independently or jointly with a technical support team.
- Provide technical training for customers, subcontractors or service partners.
- Pre-sales support for testing, Service bidding or holding workshops.
Qualifications and Skills:
1) Understand TDM/ATM principle very well. Configuration and commissioning service end to end.
2) Understand PWE3 principle very well. Configuration and commissioning PW service for TDM/ATM end to end.
3) Understand L3VPN principle very well. Configuration and commissioning L3VPN end to end for Nodeb.
4) Understand Qos principle very well. Configuration and commissioning for TDM/ATM data and voice end to end.
5) Understand 1588v2 and SyncEth and NTR clock verywell. Configuration and commissioning end to end for TDM/ATM service.
6) Understand Route protocol OSPF ISIS BGP
7) Should be able to configure L2VPN and L3VPN and PIM and RSTP and 1588v2
8) work in English and French CCNP/CCIE will be priority ..
French Language is a must!
