SAP - Change & Training LeadThe person we are looking for should have experience in working specifically with Organizational Change Management in major change and implementation projects of standard IT-solutions. The person should have experience of SAP and finance training.
Tasks:
- Responsible to update current change management strategy and plans
- Maintain, drive execution and follow-up project stakeholder and impact analysis. Also, drive work to analyse and document impact on stakeholders from process, system, organizational and cultural perspective
- Maintain, drive execution and follow-up project communication plan (actual communication mostly performed by employees)
- Maintain, drive execution and report progress of training strategy and plan, incl. resources planning for training development and delivery
- Lead and coach business experts in training development and training delivery
- Coordinate training development and training delivery with PMO Change, HR Global Training Lead and relevant business managers
- Together with Business Project Lead, support activities towards Ambassadors Network
- Create strategy and plan to support business at go-live
- Help define to-be business roles and secure creation of role descriptions
- Gather data requirements for SAP training environment and secure set up of data with TA team and PMO Change
- Support in analysing risk and change readiness in the parts of the Finance, Accounting and Controlling organization
- Coach staff (predominantly Project Managers) in Change Management issues
- Report status of Change Management to Project Lead and PMO Change Management, incl. communication plan, training plan, ambassador network etc.
Specific skills:
- Broad experience in working with Organizational Change Management in large change projects
- Experience from international projects with many stakeholders and people from several different countries and cultures
- Understanding of the challenges when implementing standard IT solutions
- Excellent communication skills
- Well developed leadership skills
- Qualifying if you have experience from SAP implementations
- Qualifying if you have hands-on experience from SAP training for Finance, Accounting and Controlling
