Description
Working for a financial organisation based in Luxembourg as a Computer Operations Manager.
You will be required to eEnsure proper functioning of computer equipment, ensure the availability of applications used, ensure the smooth running of computer processing, provide first level support, eEnsure the processing of user requests, provide updated internal documentation.
Candidates should have the following;
Knowledge of Mainframe, Unix and Windows, Knowledge of tools CTRL_M, CA-Scheduler, Remedy or Tivoli, Good communication skills both oral and written: French and English, Pack Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access), Have a sense of responsibility, Have a capacity for analysis and learning, Be rigorous and precise.
