Our company Halian are currently are the forefront of a Global Healthcare roll out throughout the Middle East, we are working very closely with our Universal Partner as there services arm and delivering the exceptional services they require.
We are currently in need of Chief Quality Officer for our partner in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates which is one of the leading healthcare organization in the region. We need someone with the following experiences:
- Leads the program responsible for architecture, definition, implementation and facilitation/consultation of quality processes and standards in alignment with business objectives by adopting best practices from industry standards and models. Drives continuous process improvement to achieve customer delight. Builds and promotes a quality oriented culture in the organization, through innovative quality infrastructure, communications, awareness programs and trainings with a focus on Do it right - first time and every time.
- Directs and leads the other management team members in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the group.
- Overall responsibility for the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce.
- Responsible for career development/planning, coaching and mentoring, performance discussions of team members.
- Develops and leads others in the driving of implementation of process framework, ensuring conformance/compliance to the organization's quality management system in alignment with corporate standards.
- Strategizes, plans, facilitates and conducts internal & external auditing/review process, analyzes audit/review findings and suggests/
- Identifies actions to improve the quality of products/services.
- Plays the primary lead role in designing the quality strategy to ensure that all areas within the business unit perform to the defined standards.
- Experience 10 years of relevant experience in providing leadership, direction, administration and management in a senior operating role in a comparably sized revenue cycle management business in a senior management role.
- Broad expertise and knowledge of relevant process areas, such as software engineering and support, infrastructure services and business process services.
- Strong knowledge on multiple Quality Assurance Models (ISO 9001, 20000, 27001, CMMI, PCMM, Six Sigma techniques), expertise on any one of the models.
