Responsibilities
* Ability to design and implement complex modules in decoupled manner using ActionScript & MXML languages
* Ability to take a component design and progress it through to development, testing, documentation and delivery
Required skills
* Knowledge of Adobe Flex/AIR platform
* Understanding of standard OO design patterns
* Understanding of MVC design pattern
* Familiarity with Eclipse IDE
* English - good writing skills level
Desirable skills
* Experience delivering Java SE/EE applications
* Progressive UI visual design thinking
* PureMVC framework experience
