Description
Our Client is looking for an IS Project Manager to manage the NGWP (new generation workplace: laptops and desktops including Microsoft products) roll-out in Netherlands (NL) (app. 2000 workstations: desktops/laptops).
Location will be 30% in Zwolle, Netherlands and the remainder in Brussels, Belgium.
Tasks and responsibilities
- IS project management of roll out of new generation workplace projects in NL.
- Project management includes full budget management, scope management, planning and quality management for all IS related activities. Follow-up of deliveries of external parties
- Project reporting including status, progress, issues and risks
- Collaboration with Service teams, infrastructure and other IS teams (Governance, applications, ....)
- Functional management of internal and external project resources (team members).

Test deliverables: test charter, scenario's, test reporting in collaboration with Test Service Center
Action lists
Presentations
Status reporting
Input to service documentation: SLA, Budget agreement, ... (close collaboration with service team)
Languages required:
Fluent or excellent Dutch - good English - French is a plus
