A Requirements Analyst is required who has excellent Requirement Gathering experience and experience of Requirement Management Tools. Have experience of Writing requirements/management of requirements.
The role entails co-ordinating the gathering, version control and central tracking of all workstream requirement and traceability documents.
The mandatory skills for this position are:
- Requirement Gathering
- Experience in using Excel
- Strong skills in Data Analysis and Data Management
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Must be a self-starter
- Must be able to work as part of a team with minimum supervision
- Sound experience of Document Management Processes
- Excellent communication skills combined with personal resilience
- Experience in building effective working relationships
- Highly organised with excellent time management
EXPERIENCE OF WORKING IN THE INSURANCE SECTOR WILL BE DESIRED.
