Description
The BO ESDP engineer will be responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of the customers ESDP systems. Additionally if required, Emergency Support Handling and CSR Handling. Disturbance Investigation and troubleshooting. Meet customers KPI's.
Required skills and activities should include, but not be limited to:
- Experience with WebServices, JBOSS,Java.
- Experience with configuring the following ESDP Systems, (SIG,EMM,MSDP,ServicePortal).
- experience with systems integrations, implementations and interactive designs with Software Systems such as WebServices
- experience within a MS Operational Environment.
- Good background with Shell Scripting, Solaris10, Oracle10G, Exadata is an additional
- Good understanding of Operating Systems (eg Solaris) etc..
- Good analytical ability, problem solving, Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently, while managing customer expectations.
- Ability to evaluate customer requirements and provide solutions with support from other team members
