DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for managing and maintaining corporate contracts. Responsible for researching and analysing existing contracts, and making recommendations on various issues. Coordinates requirements for contract documents with multiple Project Managers and prepares documents in accordance with organizational policies, procedures and directives. Refers documents for contracts above authority level to other contract staff and tracks progress and completion. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Must be highly organized with special attention to details. Ability to draft and redline contractual clauses. Must be capable of drafting contractual instruments including but not limited to amendments, addendums, statements of work, schedules, and exhibits. Familiarity with a contract management system is preferred.
Experience Level: BA or BS required; plus 3+ years of direct relevant experience.
