Description
The Certified Management Accountants of Ontario (CMA Ontario) is seeking a motivated individual to work weekends from the months of November to mid-July for its Professional Development Institute in Ottawa. The Ottawa PDI Meeting Facility is a corporate meeting facility that houses meetings, educational seminars and intimate events for its CMA Members, Candidates and Clients.
The On-Site Meeting & Events Assistant position provides support for the operation and events of the Ottawa PDI Meeting Facility during the weekend.
Specific Skills: Prepresent CMA Ontario in a professional manner; address on-site issues or concerns as required; liaise with moderators, students and caterers to ensure events are executed as planned; open and close the Meeting Facility; Provide basic level assistance for adhoc audio visual, catering and room set-up.
Additional Skills: Experience with events, catering or hospitality preferred
