Security Administrator I
The Security Team currently has an opening for a Security Administrator I in the Chicago office. This is a mid-level position for a candidate with 2 to 4 years experience working the information security field.

In addition, the successful candidate will have a demonstrated proficiency in three or more of the following technical areas:
- Firewalls and other network access controls systems
- Network Threat Prevention/Intrusion Prevention Systems
- Multi-factor Authentication Systems such as RSA
- Anti-virus and Patch Management Systems such as McAfee and Microsoft SCCM
- TCP/IP Networking, routing protocols and WAN topologies
- Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity technologies, plans and processes
- Operating Systems (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 2003 & 2008, Ubuntu/Debian Linux)
Core responsibilities involve the operation of security tools, technologies and programs. Daily responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Supporting the Firm's Firmwide Internet protection and risk identification and monitoring program
- Operation of the Firms' security systems including anti-virus, authentication and patch management
- Active involvement in efforts surrounding technologies such as threat detection, intrusion detection, prevention, vulnerability assessment and system remediation among others
- Opportunity to expand your knowledge into other areas of security such as Crisis Management, Forensics and Physical security
- Participation in an on-call rotation
