Software Development Manager - Contract
Global leader in the financial services sector is looking to recruit a Software Development Manager for an initial 6 month contract role to be based in Dublin City Centre.
The Role:
The Software Development Manager will be responsible for leading a team of 7 - 12 project developers and delivering software projects according to business requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing complex, global, enterprise level projects, including design, development, implementation, risk and controls.
- Responsible for leading a software development team from 7 - 12 developers in size.
- Manage business/client relationships with the senior business
Skills and Experience Required:
- Experience of managing software development projects, preferably .NET and leading teams successfully.
- Demonstrated people and project management skills.
- Minimum 10 years IT experience (5+ years of .NET development experience with 5+ years of technology project management experience) is required.
- Experience with managing development of enterprise level end to end software applications (UI, Middle Tier, Backend Integration) is required.
