One of my largest client is looking for a SAP HCM CONSULTANT for a 12 months contract to be based in their headquarter in Brussels.

Senior SAP HCM consultant - Talent Management
Level: Senior consultant
  • Language skills: bilingual (Dutch and French)
  • Contract duration: 12 months
  • Starting date: immediately
  • Working location: Brussels

  • Reporting line: ERP HR Talent Management - Team leader

Responsibilities:

Work with client in the areas of:

  • Analysis and drawing of existing Legacy landscape
  • Conceptual design of the future solution and business blueprint
  • Design and documentation of to be processes
  • Writing functional specifications for FRICE-W developments
  • Configure the various SAP HR Talent Management solutions (Career Management, Enterprise Learning, Employee Performance Management and Succession Planning)
  • Specify business scenarios for testing
  • Perform unit, integration and acceptance testing
  • Prepare and conduct end user training
  • Write relevant Talent Management related policies and procedures
  • Provide end user support after go-live
  • Conduct workshops with multiple business key-user and support the design of the Talent Management solution across multiple group entities
  • Provide weekly progress reporting
  • Provide mentorship to less experienced consultants
  • Assist in issue resolution

Required functional/technical knowledge:

  • 5 years of experience in SAP HCM Talent Management solutions, with at least 3 life cycle implementations
  • Strong functional knowledge of HR talent processes
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP HCM Career Management, Enterprise Learning including the Authoring Environment, Employee Performance Management, Succession Planning and HR analytics.
  • Very good knowledge with the Talent related business functions and the new data models released in the various Enhancement Packages 2 and 4. Experience with Enhancement Pack 5 is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of ESS/MSS for Talent Management
  • Good knowledge of integrating Talent Management with other HR modules such as PA/OM and Time
  • Knowledge of SAP Talent Visualization by Nakisa is an asset
  • Proven experience in writing Business Blueprints, SAP Blueprints and functional specifications for FRICE-W developments and master data cleansing and conversion

  • Ability to present the business value of each of the talent solutions in a clear manner
  • Flexibility in work schedule and execution of tasks
  • Analytical minded and result driven
  • Proficient in the use of the following applications: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
