Description
A leading Retail Bank based in Birmingham and Glasgow is seeking a Resource Analyst to work on a complex project, which offers the opportunity to work with senior level professionals in a highly respected organisation.
The purpose of the role is to be the first point of contact for all resource queries and issues across a particular banking Programme.
To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following skills within financial services (ideally retail banking):
1. Produce and adopt standardised templates so that Programme and Project Managers provide a clear definition of resource skills and requirements
2. Set up regular meetings to review resource demand and fulfilment status ensuring awareness of peaks and lows, with supporting MI
3. Maintain the Starters, Leavers and Renewals file with accurate and appropriate resource information
4. Adhere to the Cost Management Unit guidelines for Resource Governance
5. Act as the first point of contact for all resource queries and issues across Global Payment and Business Service
