For a major client of ours, Aston Carter Belgium is currently looking for a committed SAP CRM Service consultant to start ASAP in the Leuven area.

Function: Functional (and technical) support on SAP CRM Service

Tasks:
-Functional (60%) and technical (40%) troubleshooting in the assigned domains (catalog, quote, Back Office, project services, ) and modules including debugging
-Customizing/Configuration/Development and bug fixing in the assigned modules
-Creating support documentation and standard support procedures
-Master data creation, correction and update
-Testing enhancements and bug fixes; writing test scenario's
-Creating user documentation and procedures
-business application support & enhancements
-managing customer contacts

Profile:
-Troubleshooter (!)
-Experience in working with AND talking to both (end) users as well as business
-Strong expertise in "CRM service"
-Communicative, Flexible and Open, Teamplayer
-Stressproof
-Preferably trilingual: Dutch/French/English; otherwise at least 2 out of 3
