IT Service Desk, Helpdesk IT Support, 1st/2nd line Service Desk Analyst - Newcastle upon Tyne - immediate requirement.Articulate IT Service Desk analyst with good IT Support knowledge urgently required to join a highly professional helpdesk team on a contract basis. You must have excellent PC and IT skills, especially MS Office and be very familiar within an IT environment.
You must also have strong telephone PC/IT support skills along with clear and concise call logging ability and data entry skills. The Service Desk team is responsible for over 3000 users and the successful candidate must feel comfortable working in a busy, fast paced environment.
