My banking client in Dublin is looking for a migration manager for a 6-12 month contract role in Dublin. Financial experience is essential with 4-5 years experience minimum.
Overview Responsible for the migration activities for moving customers from one online platform to another
Knowledge Online Banking incorporating the Customer and Bank lenses (functional/technical/purpose/etc)
Very good understanding of Payments both domestic & cross border
Firsthand experience of dealing with business/commercial customers both remotely and face to face
Experience of establishing an operational activity from scratch and of managing the resulting operation
Good understanding of the compliance issues related such as legal, security, authorisation methods etc
Proven ability of managing in a Matrix environment with the track record in achieving buy in from a diverse body of people both internal and external
