Information Support Analyst required ASAP to provide first line support for all callers to the ICT service desk, including incident logging, call resolution and some escalation to second line support where applicable.

You must have experience with first line technical support, excellent communication skills, knowledge of Microsoft desktop and office applications, and the ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure. Experience working in public sector is desirable however not essential. Working with MS Access and SQL is also beneficial.

Within this temporary role, you will be required to manage support requests from clients, refer unresolved support calls to the technical support department, actively participate in projects and maintain the flow of information to all user groups, providing both feedback and ICT information.
