We are actively searching a program/project manager to lead IT compliance projects in the scope of Retail, Corporate and Private Banking in Belgium.
The candidate will have to fit a specific profile described below:
- Senior project leading experience, preferably based on Prince 2 or PMI methodology - Budget estimation, portfolio management, planning and reporting to senior management - Roadmap construction and steerco management experience The following experience is considered as a plus: - Banking, compliance and cards experience - Knowledge of infrastructure (hardware, OS, networking, databases, Middleware )
2. Period mission Start date: ASAP Duration: 6 months with possible extension.
3. Language requirement Written and spoken knowledge of French and Dutch. English is an asset

Strategic agility and ability to get decisions/trade-offs made to ensure that business benefits are optimised. Excellent stakeholder management experience and relationship management at senior level. Focus on Customer Experience.
Solid track record in Project Management. Outstanding project/strategy management skills, with ability to work both at a top level (big picture) plan and detailed tactical execution. Successful delivery of multiple large complex projects. Experience with one or more Project Management methodologies (Prince 2, PMI, ). Preferably Prince 2 Practitioner certified. Preferably certification or experience in CMMI and/or ITIL. At least 5 years experience with working in a larger IT organisation. Good communication skills in Dutch, French and English.
6. Objective of the job In charge/responsible of the delivery of multiple and complex projects both in the application development and the technical architectural areas. Prepare and own the project plan. Establish project schedules and identify key risks/mitigation plans and manage major risks and issues through effective contingency plans and proper escalation. Manage financials, sub project dependencies and programme dependencies. Prepare and present clear, concise project updates and critical phase exit deliverables to steering forums. Lead and document core team meetings and required single subject working sessions. Lead the team to deliver the projects/product to market on time, at the desired quality level and the according/defined project timelines. Analyze, track performance and progress against goals. Establish clear objectives and deliverables for the program and the individual projects in close collaboration with the project managers.
