Role: Resource Analyst - Financial Services - Banking

Key Activities:
The Resource Analyst is the first point of contact for all resource queries and issues across the TBT and Trade Simplification Programme.

It is their responsibility to:

  • Produce and adopt standardised templates so that Programme and Project Managers provide a clear definition of resource skills and requirements;
  • Set up regular meetings to review resource demand and fulfillment status ensuring awareness of peaks and lows, with supporting MI;
  • Maintain the Starters, Leavers and Renewals file with accurate and appropriate resource information;
  • Adhere to the Cost Management Unit guidelines for Resource Governance;
  • Act as the first point of contact for all resource queries and issues across Global Payment and Business Services

Core Skills and Experience:

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with evidence of successfully delivering and reporting on resourcing on a large business programme
  • Demonstrate a structured approach to handling information, activities etc
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to build strong working relationships with a diverse range of other parties eg Business Stakeholders, IT, Industry
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills
