Senior Business Analyst - Mortgages - Halifax - Up to £454 per day

A leading UK retail bank is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to work on a mortgage migration project based in Halifax.
You will lead the review and update of all impacted Balance Sheet Nominals, and determine the financial impact arising from the project migration work.

Key deliverables will include:

Complete a review of all existing balance sheet nominals. Ensure full documentation is produced to support the nominal analysis
Conduct an impact assessment for those nominals for all changes arising from the Migrations project.
Determine changes required to nominals, financial controls and reports for those impacted. Agree those changes with existing line management and SME's
Determine all finance impacts arising from changes in methodology between Borrowers and UFSS (and downstream reporting/processes).
Ensure full financial evaluation through all stages of the project life cycle, and engage with relevant stakeholders to ensure outputs are built into financial planning processes
Manage the financial control of all impacted balance sheet accounts pre, during and immediately post migration events in conjunction with the line business teams, prior to full handover to BaU.

To be considered you will be an experienced Business Analyst and a qualified accountant.

Knowledge of mortgage finance processes would be beneficial.
