Financial Business Analyst
We are currently looking for someone who is interested in a long term contract position working for one of the largest financial services employers in the UK. A great opportunity to get involved with a large migration project. We are ideally looking for a qualified accountant (Aca, Acma, Acca, Cima ...)
Job Purpose
- To lead the review and update of all impacted Balance Sheet nominals, and to detemine the financial impact arising from the migration
- Complete a review of all existing balance sheet nominals. Ensure full documentation is produced to support the nominal analysis
- Conduct an impact assessment for those nominals for all changes arising from the Migrations project. Engage with business teams to ensure business processes which are the source for entry into the balance sheet are also understood
- Determine changes required to nominals, financial controls and reports for those impacted. Agree those changes with existing line management and SME's
- Ensure full financial evaluation through all stages of the project life cycle, and engage with relevant stakeholders to ensure outputs are built into financial planning processes
- Manage the financial control of all impacted balance sheet accounts pre, during and immediately post migration events in conjunction with the line business teams, prior to full handover to BaU.
