Our client, a leading retail bank is looking for professional Implementation leaders to sit within it's divestment programme, to drive implementation of project plan.
The programme is a very large divestiture of a significant number of branches and necessitates the effective creation of a new bank.
The roles are to lead key work streams around customer architecture and customer experience, implementing changes as designed by implementation strategy team and business process architects. Roles are business process and commercially focussed. Roles have a hands on role as well as a leadership and influencing responsibilities needing a balanced skill set.
It is imperative that those who apply have experience on an implementation phase of a significant project within a retail banking environment ideally within a divestment or integration project. Roles are for 3-6 months initially with significant potential to extend. Roles are based in Yorkshire with potential occasional travel. Rates will range from £pd dependent on experience.
