Senior SAP HR consultant - Master Data Management (MDM)
Level: Senior consultant
- Language skills: bilingual (Dutch and French)
- Contract duration: 12 months

- Reporting line: SAP HR Domain Lead
Responsibilities:
v Development, deployment and support of data governance and data quality across all sites of the company
v Definition of data model and master data standards including data ownership and business processes
v Define, document, implement and maintain business rules for data maintenance processes
v Set up and monitor end-to-end controls inside SAP on the full data maintenance cycle of specific data objects, and define and implement corrective or improvement actions
v Identify integration points and interdependencies across SAP modules and make sure they are understood by all team members
Required functional/technical knowledge:
v Advanced knowledge of SAP HR and its integration points for the modules: personnel administration, organisational management, time management, payroll, recruitment, competence management, learning solution, performance management
v Good knowledge of integration points of SAP HR with other SAP modules: WM, PP, SD, MM, FI, CO, PS, PM, FA, BW, Authorizations, Workflow, PI
v Sound understanding of Data Management Principles
Other required skills:
v Ability to heavily multitask
v Client management, working with senior people in the organisation
v High level of interpersonal skills and excellent oral and written communication skills
