For one of their projects they are looking for a User Experience senior expert (planning, solution and design) for consumer devices.
About the position:
This is a two years consulting position in User Experience (UE) of consumer devices, We hope the senior expert can contribute some valuable suggestions and solution in UE area from OS(Operating system) platform perspective, to help the user experience design team to collaborate with the companies Device product line to successfully deliver the mobile phone and other consumer devices with strong UE competitiveness.
You will work for Central Research and development department, and be responsible for:
1 Business strategy and planning in user experience from OS platform perspective. Define the future 3 to 5 years business direction and architecture of user experience based on the leading practice. This architecture can drive the OS team and devices product line to improve and succeed continuously in UE area.
2 Improve operation process of user experience design team. Ensure the user experience designer can collaborate well with different development roles and teams efficiently, eg OS platform or teams in device product line.
3 Guide the user experience design team for specified product. Join the core planning team of OS platform, guide to design for the best User Experience based on the commercial goals and function specification.
