Description
Our client seeks an IT Trainer to provide user training for a new implementation of Oracle CRM. You will have Training Needs Analysis experience, preferably instructional design using products such as Captivate, Articulate etc, experience providing training on CRM systems and experience of screen recorder software such as Camtasia.
Experience of Oracle CRM isn't essential as training on the product can be provided by the software vendor but candidates must have experience designing and delivering training for CRM applications in general. This assignment will take place in Dubai over a 20 day period starting around the end of February 2012.
