We are looking for a people person able to provide brilliant customer service, you'll take the sting out of any customer problems - talking to them over the phone from the contact centre in Swansea
Customer service skills are vital in the role. For many of our customers, you'll be their first point of contact, so you'll need to have a friendly, helpful personality. Whilst previous call centre experience is desirable, it's by no means essential. As long as you're enthusiastic, accurate, and confident on the phone and know your way round a computer, we're sure you'll make a welcome addition to the team.
The contact centre is open 365 days a year, and your role will involve working 37.5 hours per week on rotating shifts, between 08:00 and 22:00 Monday to Friday with rotational weekend work, so, flexibility is a must!
